Şeyda Elif Şener  graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Health Sciences Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.  In addition, She attended  Turkey Gymnastics Federation Tier 1 Pilates Instructor and kinesiology taping, functional taping, painless movement facilitation, medical fitness, trigger point therapy, manual therapy, dry needling, Rocktape metod taping, attended vocational training such as functional movement analysis.

She is currently on track to receive her  master's degree in Sports Physiotherapy (M.Sc.) at Yeditepe University and  OCT Osteopathy education. 

Since 2017, She has been working  the field of Injury Risk Analysis and training, Athletic  Performance Assessment tests and sports rehabilitation in PT_ACADEMY.

 She is not just an avid crossfit fan but also an active art enthusiast who draws and oil  paints, and isn’t shy about being on the stage. Previous, she was an actress at her university’s drama club and represented her university at  dance festivals.  She is currently active in  BJJ.
