After working as a talent management consultant for American and Japanese startups in Hawaii and Silicon Valley for about 7 years, he has been working as a consultant or interim co-founder with startups in Turkey since 2016. 

He contributes to the process-oriented approach of PT_Academy employees by giving weekly trainings to teammates on personal development, teamwork and the use of technology and communication.
